Enjoy a 90 minute Tai Chi workshop with plenty of feedback from your teacher Sophie. Focusing on the choreographed movements of Tai Chi forms, this is a great chance to refine your Tai Chi! Aimed at Tai chi students in weekly classes but beginners can also join. Everyone is welcome.

Tai Chi - Forms Friday
In this 90 minute Tai Chi workshop we will dive into the details of the Tai Chi forms (choreographed movements of Tai Chi) which are taught in the weekly classes. Attending this workshop is a fantastic way to catch up when you have missed a weekly class, or simply to refine your Tai Chi form with plenty of feedback and guidance from your teacher.
*If you are a current student enrolled in weekly classes and you have missed two or more classes Sophie is happy for you to attend this workshop for FREE as a catch up opportunity.
